Rhubarb & custard

New year diets are not my thing which is just as well as my daughter made these little scrummies at the weekend. The recipe is from the Hope & Greenwood Life is Sweet book – a great present for all sweet lovers. These little beauties were made with crushed rhubarb and custards and white chocolate – delicious! Perfect for children's parties too.
